What the form on this site collects, and what happens to it.

The form also records which part of the page you sent it from, so a reply can pick up where you left off. That is the whole list.
Replying to you about The Closing Table and, if your request is approved, setting up your account and emailing you how to sign in. Nothing else. It is not sold, rented or shared, and it is not used to send you marketing you did not ask for.
In a database hosted by Supabase, and in the email sent to notify us that you got in touch. Both are private. Nobody but Stephen Green reads them.
Until it is no longer needed to answer you or to carry on a conversation you started. If your request is approved, your name and email stay with your account for as long as you are a member. Ask and it will be deleted.
When you sign in at an open house hosted by a member of The Closing Table, what you type (your name, email, phone if you give it, your answers and any note) goes to that member, and only to them. It is stored in the same private database and emailed to the member when you sign in.
It is not added to any CRM, and it is not sold, rented or shared. Your IP address is not stored. Whether you ticked the box to hear from the member, and the exact words you were shown, are kept with your details.
Your details are deleted two years after you sign in. To see, correct or delete them sooner, ask the member who hosted the open house, or write to the address below.
Email info@closingtable.ca and say what you would like. You are entitled to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.
